Over 80 men and women showed up to the open call for our Leblonettes and Captain Caipirinha Search. After one long week 30 new team members went to our very intense Caipi Camp.
The trainees descended on South beach where they learned from Vitoria Caipirinha about Cachaça, Caipirinhas and Leblon. They mixed, muddled and drank. And even had a surprise visit by NYC’s Caipi Mobile Lulu. With Lulu the team is completely ready to wet your appetites with Leblon Caipirinhas.
Keep your eyes opened to check what these guys are doing in Florida!

Lulu, the famous Leblon Caipi Mobile, had a blast in NYC for the summer. She hung out with the hipters, mixologists, models, celebrities, Hamptonites, Upper East siders, World Cup lovers, and even the Naked Cowboy! But alas, the snow is coming and Lulu needs to follow the sun.
New Yorkers are shedding a tear today as Lulu makes her way to the land of beaches and bikinis. MIAMI!!!
Have fun and don’t forget the sunscreen

Steve Luttmann, founder of Leblon Cachaça, attended the annual Brazil on the Hill BBQ for US Congress in NYC this past Wednesday night. Steve granted Brazilian Ambassador for the USA, Mauro Vieira, a very special gift! He gave him our original Cachaça Declaration of Independence, signed by the top 500 bartenders in the world at the Tales of the Cocktail.
No, this picture is not blurry…you just have had way too many Caipirinhas!

Cachaça is so versatile, you can use it to make a caipirinha, batida, sangria. The possibilities are endless. Chima Brazilian Steakhouse recently created a new cocktail using cachaça called the Leblon Watermelon Chimatini! Everyone at the Riverwalk Trust magazine launch raved about the delicious new cocktail.
