The Gourmet Latino Festival kicked off Friday night with fiery music and lively conversation from chefs and master mixologists. Cocktails were uniquely matched with delicious antojitos from the best Latin chefs from top New York restaurants. Caipirinas made with Leblon Cachaça were paired with Chef Leticia’s savory and sweet Brazilian dishes. The festival at Astor Center lasted until Sunday, with featured events throughout the city until June 12th. Memorial Day weekend the Caipi-Mobile caught some rays out east in the Hamptons spreading the Legalize Cachaça movement and giving away lots of our delicious Leblon flavored sorbet to our supporters. We hit local hotspots such as Navy Beach, Nick & Tony’s, Della Famina, Harvest Restaurant, Sunset Surf Shack, and Second House Tavern, all of which make killer Caipirinhas using Leblon Cachaça.
We cannot wait until our next adventure and our mission of LEGALIZING CACHAÇA!
Captain Caipirinha took to the streets with his Leblonettes to Legalize Cachaça at the Long Beach Grand Prix. We even got Helio to sign the Legalize Cachaça petition on his way to the race track!
